The KPAA consists of the general assembly, which is the central body, the assembly of representatives and the council committee.

In addition, various other committees and special committees, which conduct research on infrastructure related to patent attorneys and intellectual property, work together in a systematic way, bringing Korea one step closer to becoming an IP power.
